Rivoli Ballroom Policies

Rivoli Ballroom cannot accept responsibility for personal belongings left unattended or lost within the venue.

If you believe you have lost an item during an event, please contact us within 24 hours and our team will do their best to assist.

How can I buy tickets?

Tickets can be purchased directly through our website. Simply browse our upcoming events, select the event you would like to attend, and complete your booking securely online through our checkout process.

Do you offer refunds?

We do not offer refunds on purchased tickets. However, we are happy to transfer your ticket to a future event where possible. Please email our team to arrange a ticket transfer. If you have any questions, our support team will be happy to assist you.

Do I need to print my ticket?

No, there is no need to print your ticket. Simply present your digital ticket or confirmation email on your phone upon arrival.

How can I find upcoming events?

You can explore all upcoming events on our Events page, where we regularly update details of our latest and future events.

What is your dress code?

Our dress code is smart casual.

Can I bring my own food and drink?

No outside food or beverages are allowed inside the venue. Our fully stocked bars are open during all events.

Can I reserve a table?

Yes, table reservations are available. Please contact us in advance for the event you wish to attend, and our team will be happy to assist you.

Do you have a cloakroom?

We do offer a cloakroom facility at selected events, mainly during the colder months when coats and jackets are needed. We recommend checking the event information beforehand.

Please keep your cloakroom ticket safe. Lost tickets may result in items only being reclaimed at the end of the night or the following day. Maximum liability for items left in the cloakroom is £120.
